Calling them "Carpet Cleaners" isn't good enough! – Hello Everyone! I could go on and on about their professionalism (such a pleasant surprise from other cleaners), Ken's thoroughness (every square inch was attended to), and his knowledge of his field (I dare you to find a question they can't answer!), but what you really want to know is, "Can they clean dirty carpets?" What a WONDERFUL locally owned company! – We are expecting a new baby next month, so we wanted our carpets to be as clean as possible for her arrival! Bet carpet cleaner in Raleigh area. – 1-4-2012 I just wanted to thank Tom Hutchison for getting the blue paint out of my biege carpet. Another company "go green professional cleaning services" of Cary (Bill Long) had attempted to remove the paint but did not get it out. After dealing with this for a week I called To with "Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning And Care". He came out the same day and got the paint right up. Christmas Life Saver! – Our 14 year old Lab had some major issues and got very ill all over our new white carpet in the living room two days before Christmas. We had a large dinner party scheduled the next night (Christmas Eve) and had to get the carpets cleaned. We called over 7 companies and no one would come out on such short notice. We did have NCC of Cary come in, after they finished , the carpets looked worse than they did before they cleaned them!!! To top it off they charged us $400 because this was an emergency!!! Happy New Year, Happy Customer!!! – I first found Steam Machine Carpet Care here on Citysearch and checked out their website. I called and the service was very friendly. I booked an appointment for an estimate to clean 3 bedrooms and a hallway. I had some dog stains I never thought would come out. I am happy to say they did a perfect job and my house smells like new! AND the prices were very fair for the quality of service I received. Will definitely call again.

Ugly to Clean, very good carpet cleaning – I have the ugliest carpet in Raleigh! - A low cost contractor's grade , and it'snine years old, but I can't afford to replace it yet, so I called Steam Machine. The gentlemen who came to clean were exceptionally nice. I have a lot of really big furniture, but they were undaunted. I am proud to be the 100th reviewer of this company. – Based on the reviews I read on Citysearch, I wanted to give this company a try. I was not disappointed. Tom is a professional and gave me the best service possible. The carpets I have are old and he made them look brand new. He gave me an excellent price and I would have paid more for the results I received. I will use Tom as long as he is in business and with the service he provides to his customers that should be for a very long time.
