Great consistent reliable work.. I have used Steam Machine Carpet Cleaners for years in many of my homes, owned and rental units I own, and have always been 100% satisfied with customer service, reliability, and consistent quality of work. Sometimes I see the same worker on my house and they work quickly and thoroughly to get the job done well. I've never had to call them back for a redo. I have a good relationship with them and would use no other. I like their loyalty to me and in turn, I give them mine. Strongly Recommend.

EXCELLENT CARPET, UPHOLSTERY, AND TILE CLEANING. I used Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning for my sofa, loveseat, tile, and carpet cleaning right after my birthday party. The tile came out like brand new. They got out the stains in my upholstery and carpets. Everything looks brand new and smells fresh! I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs. Their equipment is top of the line. Tom, the owner was fantastic. They arrived on time and were extremely professional and honest. My carpets were almost dry when they finished.

I called Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning at 6 AM, and guess what, they answered the phone! Now, they dispatched Ken who got the stain OUT!!!!!! Thanks for a good job......

I had Chem Dry clean my carpets one week ago, they left so much chemical in my carpets that my family had bad reactions and became ill!!! So, I contacted Steam Machine to extract out the massive amount of chemicals that Chem Dry left in my homes carpets. Steam Machine got our carpets fresh & clean also chemical free. Our carpets dried within hours. Thanks Steam Machine for a job well done! Carter Wilson

BEST Carpet Cleaner in Cary / Apex is Steam Machine! Eric and Tom were great, after having the flu in our house we had to reschedule twice (both last minute) and they were very good about that. when they showed up they performed the.carpet cleaning. I had them in my condo prior to living in this house. they were really professional, and very nice people. the carpets are not wet after they clean them like other companies i have used, so you can walk on them right away. Fantastic Service, Professional Employees. I have used Steam Machine Carpet Cleaners for years, and they are the only company I am willing to use.
