No Pet Odor.......... – Steam Machine cleaned my carpets this morning and now my house smells great. We love our 8 year old dog, but we don't want our house to smell like her. I called Steam Machine because their ad said they are Pet Odor Specialists. Man, did they ever deliver. Tom applied an enzyme treatment to the two areas our dog uses most. Recommend to Anyone – I would use this company again and recommend it to others. I’ve used another cleaning company for many, many years, and they’re not open anymore. Steam Machine Carpet was one of my many companies that came for an appointment and I liked them best. Their prices were great along with the staff. They cleaned the carpet in my home, and it looks as good as new.

What a nice family owned company – I had been dissatisfied with the service from the carpet cleaning company that we had used in the past and I found Steam Machine through these reviews and decided to give them a try. Steam Machine service lives up to these reviews. They are prompt, friendly and did a thorough job cleaning. The best part was that he was more reasonable than the larger company I had been using. DOG GONE!!!!! Same Day Service!! – Their same day service really helped! I called Steam Machine after my dog had several accidents, they quoted me a privce and said they could be here within a few hours, they cleaned and deodorized the carpet for the price I was quoted and saved my get-together that night. The tech. expained the process very well and was curtious and my carpets looked great. I referred Steam Machine Carpet cleaing to my next door neighbor and she was also very pleased with the service. Worth Your Time – Let me tell you a little story about Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning services. I have a cute little dog that has had accidents in the past. So I chose to treat the stains myself with some stuff from the grocery store. Needless to say, it did not work. Plus, foot traffic and paw traffic had turned my beige carpet grey. Fabulous job at a great value! – Hi, We had Steam Machine Carpet Cleaners come out to clean our downstairs carpets a couple months ago. With two large dogs in the house, we had stains that we figured were permanent, as we could never get them out with our Bissell. Ken was very friendly and did a great job. Totally worth 99 bucks!! – I had Steam Machine clean my carpets last summer after a birthday party I had. The owner Tom I spoke to, promised there was no hidden charges at all. I went ahead and booked the appt. expecting them to sell me everything they carried on the truck, but like Tom promised, Steam Machine came out and cleaned the entire house and might I add he did an exellent job! Believe all the hype....these guys are THE BEST!!!!! – I knew these guys had it right from my first phone call. Customer service and hospitality is becoming a lost art but Steam Machine has it nailed from beginning to end. Accurate quote and explanation of services over the phone to excellent, on-time, professional service on site!
