Great food , service and most of all the milk shakes are wonderful
I have eaten at Steak 'n Shake off and on all my life in various parts of the country. The Pensacola Steak 'n Shake seems to be as good as most. I had a burger, fries and shake and all were very good. I sat at the counter and service was swift. My order was correct and the ticket was left with the food so there was no delay when I was ready to leave. Will definitely return.
Just love paying money to be treated like crap! The waitress will not even let you finish ordering before she cuts you off and moves to the next person. The sign by the front door says wait to be seated, the same waitress yells across the restaurant for us to sit where ever we want. Very disappointed.
20 minutes second in line waiting at drive through window. As I write this I'm still waiting. People behind us ordered and left. What in the world is going on.
Rude people !!!! Not only can they not use their manners... They do not ever get orders right! As my husband had to go inside 2 elderly ladies were so upset as well. Was looking for a costumer care number and couldn't find it. It was a good thing I didn't go in. If there's no GOOD costumer service there's no good resturant and no happy costumers. Very dissapointed in the people who 'work' here.
It was a really nice experience. My kids and I enjoyed the burgers and hot dogs. But I was truly pleased with their milkshakes. Best I've ever had around here.
