Food flavor was decent. Quality of presentation was terrible. Piled high with mayonnaise, frisco melt only had meat on one side of sandwich (guessing he used slider patties instead of regular size), and the fries were cold and stale. I worked at the Prattville location and this one doesn't even come close to comparing. Big let down for sure. The waitress was all alone with a packed restaurant. The owners pockets should be fat from this location after pocketing everything since they won't pay a better staff.....disappointing!
Order a single cheese burger. What I got was a bun with a piece of meat half the size of the bun. Burnt on the outside, pink in the middle. Worst hamburger ever!
Bad service. Never had refill. Slow. Gave a ticket and walked away without asking if we wanted a shake. Worst ever. Don't go there. Trashy
I love the cajun burger and fries. Took my sissy here for her birthday. Love the food.
The food is great, the prices are beyond reasonable, and I have always had the best service!!!
