Let me begin with I love steak n shake and Charles is absolutely #1! That being said, it should never take that long to get "fast food". 10+ minutes in the drive thru (mostly at the window) for 2 milkshakes? Completely unacceptable. 45 min inside for 2 burgers and no shakes? Come on now. I've been in restaurants and had drinks, meal, check, done in less than 35. As a kid it only took a few minutes even with a line to get food and go. Now it takes FOREVER! Plus when I get to the window I have to essentially reorder because th... read more
Everybody was so nice to me and the food was great
dirty tables the basket that holds the catch up and stuff has never been cleaned in the service does not like the military at least that's what they told me while I was there
