Our waiter was friendly & knowledgeable. Service was a tad slow to only be about half full. One order was not right, but it still beat the hell out on McD's & Wendy's.
Normally I like Steak n Shake, but today I found out that they didn't have whipped cream for the shakes. Not only that, but hey haven't had it for TWO WEEKS. Now, I don't run a restaurant, but I bet I could get something as simple as whipped cream in far less than two weeks. This is just poor management. I will go back later this week, but if there is no whipped cream, they will be losing my business.
Food was good, waitress was nice when she was actually around. They wernt very busy it was thanksgiving at lunch, she brought us drinks then we didn't see her again until food came. Then not again until she dropped off check.
Delicious and very hot and fresh. We are never disappointed here.
Fantastic food, exceptional service and easy atmosphere. I am now planning a visit on every future trip to Pensacola.
Horrible experience. I waited 25 minutes for a melted milkshake!
