The food was ok and the service was worse! We waited 45 minutes for our food. The server never gave our children kids menus and then seemed annoyed when we weren't ready to order. Our drinks are empty for about 20 minutes. When she dropped off our food she asked if there was anything else she could get us and I had to ask again for refills on our drinks. When I spoke to the manager she seemed apologetic but only offered to give us 10% off of our meal which was a $3.
The food is great! The service absolutely sucks! When 2 of our party of 5 gets their shakes 15 minutes before the rest of us and the food comes out 15 minutes later (no, it wasn't even busy) and you have to ask the server for the items that the menu says come on your sandwich after it's brought out to you and that takes another 10 minutes... Very frustrating!
Every trip to Pensacola we eat Steak 'n Shake at least once! It's a must during our stay! Never had a bad experience in 20 years!
Great food and good service. Wish we had one in Pace or Milton since we don't go to Pensacola very often.
My husband and i love this place. We wish they would build pne on 9 mile rd in pensacola Florida. The service is excellent and mgt is great.
Consistently a favorite because it's consistently good!
