Our server was pleasant even with the added complication of happy hour rush
Literally hate this place past 1:00AM. sitting in the drive thru and nobody ever takes my order I always have to drive around and go inside. ITS FUCKING RIDICULOUS. Management at night has to be non existent because they don't even care.
They lost our ticket and we waited 37 min. For our food and it was cold . We also had to ask for silverware. All they said was it happens it was your turn.
I go here for my son who likes the mini corndogs and the m&m shake. The service is so awful. I advised our server I would be ordering shakes after we ate. After our food arrived, she never came back. Finally after 15 minutes she brought me a menu for shakes. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I decided we were leaving without the shakes. I went to the counter to pay and she finally saw me and offered to get them for us. This is the same experience I had a few months ago when I went. Was great! Mushroom burger was delicious and hot and so were the fries� We dont have this chain in Vermont so it was a great treat for us!
