Rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional staff. It's unfortunate the only late- night food available is either served cold and with an attitude or not served at all. 👎
just saw where a steak n shake in Missouri are refusing to serve anyone who is Republican and supports Trump. so i will be informing everyone i know to boycott all steak n shake establishments you better fix this problem fast or you will start loosing business fast!! guaranteed.
So this is what passes as a grilled cheese now? I think you forgot to grill 80% of it.
Just ordered food and watched the manager use the spatula to scrape what looked like day old grease off the back of the flattop then use the spatula to flatten our burgers...the spatula was not cleaned before using on the burgers and I watched a lump of nasty looking grease and burnt for get smashed into the burger...nasty af
I ordered a GRILLED CHEESE, burgers, and shakes. Something so little, and easy to make, but yet another fail! The grilled cheese had COLD cheese... Never had a grilled cheese, without melted cheese! I went 1130 at night, couple cars in drive thru, not too busy. I'm tired of hearing, "oh I'm sorry". That's getting old! Train ALL employees correctly ! Didn't even bother to call and report this issue, why? I shouldn't be the one to leave BACK out, to get the correct food!
Just going to say... our waitress need to spread more time with her customers instead of worrying about her break and the phone call she need to make... my milkshake came out in a Togo cup so I paid much more for my shake then I received, for was ok and employees fighting in back
I have been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and still not been waited on. I was here a few nights ago, and ordered 4 sandwiches and when I got home I had 4 buns with a hamburger Patti on them. no seasonings and 2 was supposed to be roast beef, Smokey barbecue. thought I would give another chance tonight but it's been awful. finally ordered, told them and they said they would get it right tonight. they should have gave me the ones tonight for free. because I didn't get what I ordered the other night. plus I have wast... read more
Great experience dining at this restaurant! It was very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and provided fast service. The food was terrific and we received it exactly how we ordered it. I will definitely be back!!!
