went thur the drive up window at lunch time waited almost 20 mins after ordering my food to get it. Get back to work to find my order was completely wrong. how do you confuse chili cheese fries with a hot dog?
Had a visit at the local SNS and an unknown person paid for everyone tab. The waitress didn’t know his name, but she did say “he older gentleman.”

We were seated after waiting several minutes for a table to fit our group of 5. After we were seated and had thoroughly reviewed our menus I told a waitress we were ready to order. She looked at me and said okay then left. We waited about ten minutes took the hint that our business wasn’t wanted and left. I’ll not return to this Steak-n- Shake.
