I'm at Station often because my girlfriend, Alexandra Redden, lives there. It's always so clean and nice. The grounds are well kept and the staff is always friendly. They know me by name and hold events for residents and their friends. Reasonably priced too.
The staff here is super helpful... they know me by name not just by a person paying their rent. They have free food every Tuesday which is awesome. The rooms were super clean when we moved in on August and the bathrooms are huge!!
The new management at Station 74 is truly different from what was there. My daughter Tayler Charles is finally getting thing taken care of in her apartment. Thanks to Michelle and her team for all the help we are getting.
So far Keenan Camplin has lived at Station for a year. We really like his apartment. I LOVE how Station has diffrent events like games, food, prizes and drawings for the residents! I was sad to see the "Forget about it Friday" trash pick ups had stopped.
I love that I was able to find a place off campus with my friends! We love being able to decorate and call it our home away from home. Everything is updated and maintenance is quick! Michelle in the office is so amazing to work with and the property is well taken care!!!!
Great location and nice rooms. Staff are always very friendly and the events (free food) are great! Would definitely recommend.
They are very nice apartments. The bedrooms could be a little bigger. My Son Bobby Lyle really enjoys them. I really like their ammentities. Always doing free activities which is great!
Still waiting for our deposit.. get a big run around from the girls running the office. We have contacted the housing dept. of Murray State to tell them to NOT to recommend for off campus living. Renters Beware!!!!
At the station it is the most exciting environment to be in. The people there are great and the facilities they have are even better. Best apartment complex in Murray!
