Station is a great place to live. The $424 bundle I have includes all utilities so it's really nice to have everything at an affordable rate. Cable, wifi, electric; all of it is included. The pool and workout room being accessible at all times of the day also comes in handy because I work throughout the day, meaning I'm only available at night. The staff is really nice and all together they handle everything very well. The only issue I've really had with them is a billing one and they fixed it for me in no time.
This place is pretty good. It’s really close to Walmart and campus, within walking distance of both and the pool area is really nice
Awesome place to live! Amenities and location to campus are far better than any other apartment complex in Murray, Ky.
As a parent I can NOT recommend Station 74. They nickle and dime you to death, charges like Rent Ins Admin Fee and the electricity overages for summer months when no one was living in the unit. Had to fight for months to get my son moved out of a room where the new roommates were smoking everything under the son. At one point they lost my payment and started charging me late fees, had to spend more of my valuable time correcting that mistake. Not a good experience at all.
