Everything about station 74 is top notch. Clubhouse staff are very helpful and friendly. They care about every resident and keep everyone involved in events they host! They order food for all residents all the time and always take care of you!
It's a cool place to live and a lot of friendly neighbors and staff!!
Love the location! I have enjoyed being able to have my dog here with me as well. With Station 74 being fully furnished, it made moving away from home that much simpler. The facilities are also very nice (pool, tanning, gym, etc). Love living here, 10/10 would recommend!
Very clean, pet friendly apartments. It's also a great location and it being completely furnished is a plus too!
I have really enjoyed my 3 semesters here so far! They always have fun events and free give aways! It's a great community!

I've lived here for two years now and have enjoyed my time here! All of the furniture and appliances are brand new, so it's nice knowing that my roommates and I are the first ones to use everything! The pool and tanning bed are awesome to use as well!!
Too expensive and not welcoming. This is not a home away from home. I pretty much live in the dark and still get overages that no one can tell me what month it's from.
Best student housing in Murray! Wouldn't even consider anywhere else!
