Great people excellent apartments and management is super cool!
The new management is awesome and they really care about their residents! Management throws events weekly and I am definitely going be here for awhile! If you are looking for a place in Murray then come check it out! The TOUR will sale you & ready to sign that day haha!!!! Well least I did ���
This place is awesome. Has all the amenities you need to just move in and feel at home. The ladies in the office are so nice and always eager to help with whatever you may need!!

Living at Station 74 is nice; the team staff is awesome, they know each of us individually and they happy to help us for everything. They are super nice, and the apartments there are modern. Really recommanded this place to live in Murray! 👍
I love living here! The new management is awesome and they really care about their residents! The apartments are super spacious, new appliances, and I love the size of my bathroom. Management throws events weekly and I am definitely renewing my lease next year. If you are looking for a place in Murray this place is the bomb dot com :)
Lots of unnecessary complications when it comes to random charges. Great people to be around; horrible billing system especially with utility bills.
