RecommendedHad an estimate from 6 months ago to have some work done. Called State Trailer last week to get it done and they honored the estimate and had it completed in 2 days. Also was going to spend the money on converting to a goose neck on my 5th wheel and was advised not to due to the stress it would cause and possible future damage. They redirected me to an Anderson Hitch that was better rated and less expensive. The service department is very knowledgeable, helpful, and customer focused.
Dropped my motor home off to get the furnace fixed. It was not shutting off! The service men were nice but I was surprised at how long it took them to fix it. It was almost as tho they had never worked on a heater before. Over $500 Dollars I have the motor home back home and the heater does not work as it did originally but it kept me warm! Hopefully it was a learning job and the next one will go better!
labor rate is $130/hr but the technicians ability and knowledge do not represent that level of expertise.
service writer is a knowledgeable and helpful person. and the people of the service department were professional and were able to compete the work within a reasonable period of time. went above the job and paid attention to the details that were overlooked on the work order.
employees were very friendly and helpful. work was done as promised. love the "warehouse" type shopping.

Their service was top notch and their customer care was great. They took the time to explain to me what they did and how to take care of my equipment going forward. I would recommend them to others for service needs
Ron at State Trailer was awesome. Went there because my 12 volt circuit kept blowing out intermittently. He fixed part of the problem and no issues for about 30 minutes. He re-checked his work, and blew out the fuse again. Dig some more digging and found the short, fuel station pump hot lead. Repaired better than it was, no more problems. All in 2 hours! Thanks Ron and TJ.
