I ended up with an electrical short in my radio/backup monitor that was causing a burning smell and light smoke in the driver area. State Trailer was able to contact the manufacturer and get me a new unit installed in about two weeks at a reasonable cost. They kept me informed along the way, and were friendly and professional.
