Josh (the service manager) was great to work with. They flipped our axels for us and put new leaf springs on. Michael (the mechanic) has great craftsmanship! They were great to work with and I appreciate their prompt response to an issue. I would recommend anyone there for their service on their trailers!!!
We love to go to State Trailer, Josh and Scott are both extremely helpful.
Call Josh in service department and discussed our problem. He was able to talk through our possible problem and was also able to book us in straight away. The service was excellent and we were treated like truley valued customer as we always have been at State Trailer. Would recommend to anyone for all their RV and trailer needs! Just can't say enough good things about these guys!

Excellent customer service. Had a small fire in my heater and thought my annual winter trip was done. Had a buddy come here for an awning replacement and said he had a great service. Drove across town to a friendly staff and they even got a flatbed cart for my 13.5 year old lab to push around their huge store. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING! Josh and his service staff found a wire from the factory that was the culprit and quickly rewired my heater. They come from experience and it shows. Excellent customer service...
