Worst customer service. I can't get anywhere with them. They promised me a refund and they ever time I speak to a representative they reassure me I will get it yet I have not! I canceled a car and they are still charging me for the car that I don't have! It's robbery!!!!

They have the worst customer service now. I got 4 different quotes from different agents ranging from double to quadruple my previous rate. They lie and bait and switch. They should be investigated for fraud at this point. Terrible company.

Good evening State Farm Team, I would like to understand why you guys are not paying the entire payoff amount when one of your insurers driving under the influence destroyed my car. Why do I have to be responsible when she is the one that caused all of this mess. I felt offended today when one of your agents asked me if I have gap insurance to cover the difference between what you are paying and what I owe. This was her fault so why do I have to pay extra for her mistake. Please help me understand. Thank you in advance.

State Farm Insurance Company ***** *** ******* *** * *********** ** ***** On 11/4/21 I was hit by another person who was under insured & who was at fault. Since they didn’t have enough coverage to pay the claims our insurance said they would be picking up the claim. I was very concerned that our insurance rates would go up in cost or that State Farm would not renew our policies when it was time to. I have carried State Farm vehicle insurance for over 20 years. During that time I have submitted a total of two claims for repairs. Currently, I have a claim (my second ever submitted) for repairs to my vehicle. I provided information to the pocket estimate app (per suggestion after calling a live agent to begin the claims process) I chose to take my vehicle to the dealership repair shop due to the vehicle being less than two years old and my desire to have it fixed correctly. My house was hit by an F4 Tornado in March of 2021. It is now December and State Farm will still not release my policy amounts. They originally under quoted the damage to my home. My contractor had to come back in and requote the damage to my home. The new quote was submitted to State Farm in September and they have still failed to approve the policy limit amounts. This is the worst service. They did not begin their requote process until October 16th. They stated they would have it completed 4 weeks later. We are now 8 weeks... read more

We have had State Farm Auto, Home and Life Insurance for 40+ years. We assumed we did everything right in protecting ourselves from a catastrophic event that we could not afford to pay for. We have never had a large home insurance claim until July, 2021. We returned after a week-long vacation to find water in our basement from our footer drains. Terrible company. My vehicle was totaled by one of their policy holders. He intentionally crashed, trying to hit me while I was out of my vehicle but I managed to get out of the way and he ended up totaling my truck. It's almost been 2 weeks and there is no communication from this company at all. Non ethical company for sure. Surprised how places like this are able to operate. Nothing but hour long hold times and then you get disconnected. So frustrating.

i had State Farm for 15 years who drivers me and my wife no claims for 15 years it hail on my truck they gave me a really low ball claim lack $3,000 for $4,500 worth of damage and since they told me to take my car to the shop and they would pay the different if there was any different the guy that shop refused to do extra work on my car because it said the State Farm will not pay and this was a shop that they told me to go to my name is MC I will never use them again and nobody in my family will ever use them bad bad company... read more
