I have been with State Farm over 30 years. Recently I had a storm damage my roof and tear off roofing shingles. My home is 20 years old and this is the original roof. The subdivision I live in has had numerous roofs having to be replaced within the last 3 years. State Farm decided that my roof could be repaired for just over $1,400. The roofing shingles fail the brittle test so the roof is unrepairable and must be replaced. Can you give zero stars. Our truck has been at the shop for over a month. We started the claim in November, we are in February and cannot get the claims dept to handle the claim properly. We sit on hold for hours trying to talk to someone, nobody knows what the other person is doing, nobody returns our phone calls. My husband finally got a phone number for an estimator, Jose G***** who refused to provide us a supervisor phone number, told us to call the 1800 claims number again. Policy ************ I recently moved to O***. I purchased renters insurance through this agent. My auto insurance is still with my agent in T****. I am 59 years old disabled and on dialysis. I have been treated shamefully by State Farm my claim#*********. My phone calls to State Farm employees adjusters: Brian L***, Ian W********,Latreea G********Buffie M*******. More than half of my belongings including computers, furniture,Electronics and cook ware, bed and medical equipment has been lost.

Claim obstacles if you don't use a "preferred" shop. 1 hour hold time if you call claims. They dont answer the claim email box provided either.

This company su*** A******** they lie they don't take claim for things they fuck up on their end. A lady hit a parked car Infront of me while driving and then backed into my car. Trying to leave the accident seen. They wanna blame me saying i hit her when clearly, I sent pictures of the side of my car messed up? If I hit her wouldn't the front of my car be messed up? Super disappointed with them. I have been a customer for years. I never thought I would be so mad with this company. I need to register my car and need proof of insurance. I use to be able to access them on the app. Now I cant. I wrote the customer service team on the app. They said they would resolve it. Got an email saying I am not the primary person on the account so I can't access to it. I pay the bill its in my name. I called tried to get them to fix it and they won't. In early January I was involved in a car accident. I was hit. 4 weeks later my insurance agent still has not filed a claim with the other insurance, has not looked for the police report, and expects me to pay the deductible. I am the victim; I should not be paying anything.
