About this business
Almost 150 years after Colorado was the 38th state admitted to the union, State 38 Distilling was established to celebrate the western beauty that is Colorado by hand crafting small batch spirits using only organic ingredients and crisp rocky mountain water, forging quality spirits by getting back to basics. We ONLY use Fair Trade 100% Organic Raw Blue Agave and Hand-Milled Grains as the base for all our spirits. Private Parties and VIP Tours available - please contact us to schedule.

We are new to Colorado and recently took a tour of the distillery - it was fun, friendly and informative and, most importantly, the spirits were TASTY. My husband and I love tequila and have been buying the Anejo and Reposado since!
I've found State-38 to be a hidden little gem! I highly recommend taking a trip to the tasting room and trying these spirits out. I personally love the Anejo over a couple ice cubes, but I have tried everything they have to offer and have not been disappointed! Sean is a great guy and never ceases to amaze me when it comes to the knowledge of his product. Make the trip to the tasting room or find a bottle of these great spirits in your local liquor store!
