I DJ’d a wedding last night at this beautiful location and the staff was top notch! Super helpful, organized and the event ran smoothly. Jenny was fantastic to work with! I would love to photograph or DJ at this location more often! Great Job everyone! 💗
excellent service and food.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Starved Rock and loved it. Cabins are cozy with complimentary wood bundles each evening if you want a fire. We hiked to our hearts’ content and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Lodge is beautiful, warm and inviting. Great food and breakfasts especially were extra delicious and plentiful. Hot tubs and swimming pool close to cabins which was nice. Staff was helpful and accommodating. We stayed mid week so not super crowded. Weather was perfect and fall colors tour was booked but that give... read more

went on a bus trip with my mother in law. had a lot of fun. great food!
Beautiful place to visit before and after a great hike
We ate in the bar/ restaurant in the back, can’t remember what they called it. Our waiter’s name was Jonathan, he was so nice. He was very nice, very pleasant and attentive. Food was very good also.
Wonderful place for family celebration--especially if you have a wide range of ages. The brunch is perfect--something for everyone ( even if you only want bacon) Our server Cindy was kind, helpful and considerate. I advise Mom's to look into it--(-No cooking, cleaning--dishes ).A day off to enjoy each other.
Love this place!
