Great food also! When we went, we went for a wedding. The food was great the people were great, it’s a beautiful building and beautiful land. It’s a must in the summer or the winter for hiking around taking your dog and just having family fun

Food is great, the lodge is casual and rustic. You can take a short walk or longer hike in this beautiful nature hideaway.

I just love this place! The beautiful lodge and the history of the area make for a special atmosphere. We have been here in all seasons. We have stayed in the Sunset cabins and the Pioneer cabins and enjoyed both. We love the fireplace in the Sunset and we can bring our dog to the Pioneer. The food and service in the Dining Room and the Back Door Lounge was wonderful. The trails are fun and it’s always a special treat if you can catch a flowing or frozen waterfall . We will definitely be back! 💕

Wonderful thanksgiving buffet. Reservations taken didn’t have to wait only long enough to cruse through the gift shop. Several choices of meals even breakfast. Omelette made to order. Staff was very friendly and professional. Cost was reasonable for the spread they offered.
