Currently staying here. We have cockroaches in our room and was told by the front desk clerk that it's normal. She had the audacity to get upset and walk away! Don't stay here!!! Definitely not recommended. The room we have has signs of flooding. The floors have yellow stains and walls & floor boards are bubbling. Thanks running our experience in Miami. I will also be contacting Department of Public Health and Dept of Professional Regulations!!!!!!!!!!!
Currently checked in-DO NOT STAY HERE! What I thought would be a relaxing vacation turned into hell. Our room has 2 inch long cock roaches. When we told front desk clerk Susie she came to our room, squashed it and left. Not to mention my roomie may have been bitten by this pest. Her attitude about the situation was nasty and disrespectful! When I asked for managements number I was given Mark Muhlrad's card. I called the number and got Susie, the front desk clerk. Hi Sue in Starlite Hotel...please save my PJs and black skinny jeans I left there on Sat Dec 20th!!! Left them in Room 217 inside bathroom cabinet. Will be there on Dec 28 in the a.m. to get them after my cruise!! Thaaank you
