They have roaches the size of grown man fingers. 4 to 5 inches in length. No bs. I have pictures to prove it...
RecommendedI stay here every time I come to South Beach. it's a place where you sleep and change clothes. that's it. if you are looking to party in your room, this is not the place because it's small. only issue I had was that the room didn't have a long length mirror but there is a mirror outside the room by the elevators. staff was nice and even told me that since I stayed there before to not worry about paying a deposit. like I said, the room is small but it was still nice. great location and the ocean view is amazing. oh and their ... read more
ZERO STARS They are rude and unwilling to fix a $130 error that was their fault. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They will rip you off!
0 Stars! Absolutely the most rude staff ever, not to mention the horrible living environment. They refused to refund an error despite their cancellation policy. The WORST hotel you could go to.
Dirty, Gross hotel. Also owned by slumlords who take advantage of the elderly. Don’t give them your money.
