I recently had a new patient visit with Starling Physicians in Wethersfield. The office is clean. The medical receptionist and medical assistant were kind during check-in and intake. I saw Dr. Manetta today for my annual visit. She is thorough, kind, and caring. She explained everything in detail and also took the time to get to know me. She is an amazing Physician and I highly recommend her and this practice!
As these are some of my colleagues within Hartford hospital, , it’s difficult to write a review so terrible regarding my prenatal care. Every single appointment of mine across all 3 locations (6 appointments so far- all scheduled months in advance) have been cancelled within (usually less than) 24 hours of my appointment (some even without ability to reschedule in a 2-3 week frame). Called to schedule an appointment, they scheduled me with an urgent care PA. Called me cancel and rescheduled for 6 weeks from now. Worst service ever!
I switched from the New Britain Starling OB-GYN. I was looking for the midwifery model of care for pregnancy/labor/birth and I couldn’t have been more pleased. My goal was to avoid an epidural this time around and we did it! (With a little help from nitrous oxide at the end). I love as well that I got to meet all the midwives so that I was familiar with whoever delivered my baby. Big thanks to the entire team.
