Fraudulent billing, they send debt to collection before the 1 year grace period, they give you incorrect amounts for services that are 2-3x more than what they tell you. I never had problems paying debt. I still dont. I have an 800+ credit score. But ever since i started with starling they have been nothing but terrible. Horrible, had a prescription I couldn't pick up because of their medical assistant whos never at her desk, and one of the receptionist hung up the phone as soon as I called and said my name, off rip

I am writing this for my father. My father is a simple man. He believes in integrity and honesty. The reason why I mentioned those 2 attributes. It's because starline physicians seemed to have none of those. My father had an appointment that he's been waiting for over two months to get. His appointment was Wednesday. He got there early when he got there. The front desk said the computers are down. They had to reschedule the appointment. I guess what I don't understand is. Why did he not get a call ahead of time? I had a sleep study done back in March. Never heard back from them with any results. I'm sure they billed insurance for the service, however did not finish the service they were hired to do.

Very disappointed that I can no longer see Dr. Savinelli. I was able to get appointment with him and now it's a year lead time. My whole family uses Dr. Savinelli and they too say they have not been able to get any appointments with Dr. Savinelli.
