This was my third rescheduled eye exam by this office, took me over 2 months to see Dr. Feng. I had to take the day off from work and I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. Upon arriving at the receptionist, I was instantly told the Dr. was running 30 minutes late. The receptionist took over 1 hour to check the eligibility of my insurance which I pointed out and proved several times I was eligible.
