Very poor detailing. Spent no time explaining any of the cars features.
This was probably the most amazing experience I've ever had buying a car. From the moment we made contact until the end of the sale they were extremely friendly. So much so that my wife and I will be buying another car from them when the time comes and we live an hour away in a different city.
Horrible!!!! Very misleading about the car that we were interested in. Very unprofessional , knew nothing about the car. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Waste of our time. We found a car that we were interested in,made an appointment to look went and major things didn't work, were told they did, a/c, broken outside mirrors with wires hanging out,broken dvd /tv systems and more.
I knew what I wanted, and Charlie was a huge help, the dealership was smooth and safe to deal with. I would most definitely do business with Starling again
