All the personnel I had contact with were knowledgeable and professional. Michael is did a good job and is still learning the fine points of selling. Charlie was excellent with knowledge across the board and was able to answer and address the items I requested. After inquiring on line about the 2021 Silverado I was contacted quickly. I did not purchase this vehicle but bought a used Buick Enclave from them. The salesman , Stuart was very good to work with and all the people at Carroll Buick GMC were friendly and great to work with!
I contacted Carroll Buick GMC and worked with Orlando Fernandez. Orlando was very helpful and accommodating. He showed me several cars that met my criteria and helped me schedule test drives. We ended up purchasing this car. The dealership was super helpful. They honor the price that was on the website with no additional add-on fees. I will refer people to go to Carol Buick, GMC.
Absolutely terrible, they repeatedly asked me to give them my offer, so I did. I offered them $85,835.00 which was full asking price and I wanted them to give me trade in value for my car according to kbb, car is in mint condition, they wanted my car for auction value which was 3-4K below trade in value. Make a long story short they never responded at all, bad business..couple days later they lowered the price on their vehicle.
