Starling Buick GMC responded quickly to my email request about purchasing a 2017 Denali, but after talking with with a saleswoman, she took all day getting the information that she and I discussed. I purchased a vehicle while waiting for her to get back with me.
Starling has a great system of contacting public and helping them along the process. Xiomara Natal gave me a call and left me a very simple, gentle and informative voicemail, which she followed up with an e-mail message to make sure I was helped. She then spent time over the phone with me, not forcing or demanding that I come to the dealer to see cars or check prices.
