I have come here three times in a row and each time I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive-through and mind you. I am the only car in the drive-through and they have gotten my order wrong every single time. Also, you will have to wait 15 minutes for the wrong drink and then you have to wait another 20 minutes for them to correct the drink and The second drink will still be wrong. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN AND IT’S CONSISTENT. THERE’S NO GUIDANCE IN THE MORNING A LOT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND NO ONE TAUGHT THEM ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I GO TO THIS LOCATION ONLY WHEN I DON’T HAVE TIME TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.
Only been here three times and they messed up my order two times out of three. Got two slushies one time completely melted, and then Gave me hot coffee when I ordered cold coffee. The guy even gave me my item last time like he knew it was messed up and kept saying is that ok like no not really but ok.so expensive for what you really get
Very rude customer service. Ordered 3 cake pops for my kids and was told they had a particular themed kind, so that was the only reason I ordered because the kids like the fun ones. After paying they told me they didn't have the themed kind but just the regular ones they always offered. I voiced that I was a little frustrated, but I digress and chose one anyways, but I wouldn't have bought them otherwise.
