I did a mobile app order at 4:48 and I didn't get my food until 5:45 and the plane doors were to close at 5:50. I went up to the counter to ask about my drinks. The cashier started yelling at me and my friend saying there was only 1 batista. I could see that but I don't think yelling was answering my question on when I would get my drinks. The reason I got my drinks at 5:45 is because another batista came in. I really hope they watch the cameras to watch the cashier yell at us.
We waited 52 minutes for four drinks. They lost our ticket along with the peoples. Either hire more people or figure out a different system. I’m definitely hesitant to buy from this Starbucks again. Thank God for the one barista who listened to me and then made our drinks. Almost missed a flight.
The worst Starbucks…worst service … ordered butter croissant… it was not ready … coffee was warm… finally the person working gave me cold croissant…..it takes minimum 30 minutes to get cofffee. Lazy staff with don’t care attitude.
Need to hire more friendly people. Employees are very moody, especially one skinny white girl...OMG.
