I came and asked for a glass of water for a patient who was feeling light headed. The barista told me it was a $0.50 charge and that "all proceeds go towards equipment for the hospital" and proceeded to give me lip service on top of the cup of water. I highly doubt this statement is true. It's truly said that an organization like Starbucks takes advantage of patients over a glass of water after they already have to pay for parking. Do better Starbucks. Do better.

I have bought starbucks in different locations many times. To be disappointed is an understatement. They charged me 55 cents for a cup of water, despite I bought two other drinks. This is the first time I have been charged for a cup of water. Even Mcdonald’s do better on this. & the barista had an attitude on top of that, like she was doing me a favour, where I actually paid for my drinks. So shameful! Do better!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though there was no line and the store wasn’t busy. When I finally placed my order, it took another 10 minutes just to make a simple coffee. The service was slow and inattentive, and I left feeling very frustrated.
