I’ve had wonderful experiences with this Starbucks countless times before, but this one was the WORST by far. A worker named Tenesa was at the register by herself tonight. She ignored me for around 5 minutes while she stood at the other side and talked to a customer, and didn’t even look my way. When she finally paid attention to me, my drink was rang up wrong when I ordered, and I was given a Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino instead of a Strawberries and Crème Frappuccino. Hannah thank you for being so kind!!! Hannah was so nice. My niece dropped her cake pop & she gave her one on the house when we came back to buy another. She had a line behind me and cleared them all out under 5 min. Everything was fresh & hot!!! Order was perfect. Thank you so much!!!
