Very friendly staff each time i go there. I don't go often and when I ask a question they are always very helpful in helping me pick out my order
I had a really great experience today at drive-thru. The customer service was amazing and the staff were very friendly,sweet and welcoming. They really care about their customers,best customer service.
I ordered a normal pink drink that I always have first off. They put a lot more milk in my pink drink that didn’t even taste it like it and then that they make it very much pink that I couldn’t taste the coconut milk in there and I think they don’t understand the topping part of it. I had to get my drink to be remade twice and it’s still not right embarrassed to go tell them that it’s wrong for the third time but all the Starbucks always make it right I don’t know what’s wrong with them.
Just be aware if you order a cafe mocha they will just give you hot chocolate… it’s spryfield I guess what do you expect 👎
The atmosphere inside was really nice, clean, cozy, and a great place to sit and relax. That said, the customer service was just okay. The staff didn’t come across as very friendly, maybe they were just having an off day. As for the coffee, it was pretty average and didn’t stand out.
