This store needs more staff as the place is more than busy & hardly 3 staff are seen struggling with the orders, there’s one to take ur order n just 2 baristas making orders. There must be 2 to take orders & 3-4 to craft the coffee. The waiting time is minimum 20 minutes for any coffee. The manager is required to see the day to day operations specially in the evening time n weekends & make schedules as per the requirement. In short: Barista LIED. I have gone to different Starbucks for used coffee grounds and I know that Starbucks started its Grounds for Your Garden program in 1995. I don't mind if certain locations don't participate but the blonde skinny girl barista LIED to me saying that this program has stopped over a year ago. When I checked with other stores, they kindly provide them. If store barista start lying you never know how to treat their customer service.
