This store needs more staff as the place is more than busy & hardly 3 staff are seen struggling with the orders, there’s one to take ur order n just 2 baristas making orders. There must be 2 to take orders & 3-4 to craft the coffee. The waiting time is minimum 20 minutes for any coffee. The manager is required to see the day to day operations specially in the evening time n weekends & make schedules as per the requirement.
