Very poor customer service was hardly acknowledged by staff. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru. This did not make sense because the store was very slow, I didn’t see any customers inside. I ordered a brown sugar oat milk espresso. My cup was filled full of ice which did not make sense. It also tasted very weak and was full of bubbles from being shaken.
