Staff were great, but management you need to hire more people. Unfair making 2 people work on a Friday evening alone. Do better.
I have been a Starbucks gold member since 2013. I spend THOUSANDS of dollars on Starbucks annually. I live in the neighbourhood and I park my car around the corner, so it’s not like I’ve never been to this location. I religiously purchase an $8 blonde almond milk hazelnut latte and a breakfast sandwich. I really NEEDED to go to restroom so bad this morning. It was an emergency. Usually this is a small yet convenient Starbucks to visit. However, today I was greeted by an employee who was at the cash and quite rude. When we tried to ask for a straw and she deliberately ignored us and tried to ask questions about whether an order can be made with no ice, she was very mean and judgemental :/ I will think twice before coming back.

Beautiful spot with great staff. I always wonder why I don't work from there more often and then go and remember that they blast insufferable teenage girl music all the time
