I went into this store this afternoon to request some water for my dog. I brought his collapsible water bowl with me and had asked the partner at the POS if they could fill it up with some water. I was met with their new policy (by a taller partner) that an item had to be purchased first in order for water to be given. "Even for my dog?" I asked, motioning to the water bowl.
