The owner of STAR made the visit and he was totally honest and upfront. In fact, he told me what I needed and how much it would cost. Since I was cost conscious about even fixing all of the issues, he went beyond the call of duty and actually said these were things I could do myself. He gave me general ideas of what to do and I actually was able to fix these small problems myself. Because of that honesty, when I have a major expense that I can't fix, I will undoubtedly use STAR.
