very bad charge $95.00- did nothing call them back - so far not show.
They were on time, polite, helpful, and didn't charge me for service that I didn't need. I love dealing with honest, upfront companies. They are hard to find these days. I have recommended them to my neighbors in case they have sprinkler issues in the future.
they are very nice to get the job, now i have problem whit the job, i call at lot time and star pump & sprinklers not come to fit the problem.
We recently purchased a house with a non-functioning sprinkler system. We hired Star to get it running again. They replaced the pump and check valve at a very fair price compared our other estimates. They only replaced what needed replacing. Both Rachel in the office and Tony who came out to do the work were friendly and professional. They replaced the pump quickly and gave me honest advice about how I could fix some issues with sprinkler heads myself. Tony and Rachel made sure I was completely satisfied. Star has a monthly re-check policy for the first year after installation to make sure everything is still going well. Love that!
