STAR was fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the problem and finished the job in less then an hr. Probably the best in the county. . Thank You!
The lawn man cut the hose from the barrel to the pump. They repaired the hose and supposedly got the sprinkler up and running. Next day, the sprinkler didn't work. Called several times to set up an appointment, but it was difficult to be home when they needed to be here. On one day, they didn't show up or call, though I waited 5 hours on a Saturday. Turns out that the check valve was knocked loose in the lake, something they never checked. I know these things happen, but this was a frustrating experience.
They are coming out this week to do the work. I found them to be honest and very expericed.
I was very impressed with their level of experience and expertise on their area of work, also impressed with their honesty and integrigy. Would higly recommend to anyone in need of sprinkler service.

This person is not the homeowner and the job was done to his satisfaction. He signed off on the job and paid in full. When the homeowner called 4 days later & told us it was not what she wanted we advised her we would come back out to meet with her, however we are booked until the week of the 19th and we would call her the week before to schedule an appointment. Today is only the 6th. We are still a week away. I will update this rating after the scheduled appointment with the actual homeowner.
At first they were very responsive, then my quote got lost in the shuffle. I was told tech would arrive Sat morning 8am, around 10am I called, and was told I was on his schedule for the day, number 4. Bottomline, they came, completed the job, I'm a satisfied customer.
It was a pleasant experience with a happy ending. Nice people and thanks to Tony !
