This is my first time horrible pedicure 😩
Paid a little more than I wanted, but the technician did a good job on my gel pedicure.
I like the nail service but customer service is poor. The guy who answers the phone at the payment desk is very rude. They don’t care about the customers just care about our money. Thats why I never tip them.
We shouldn’t support a business that doesn’t support us. When you book an appointment, they treat you as if you didn’t book an appointment take walk-ins so you literally are a walk-in. I know they make good money and I think the money got to them to a point where the service doesn’t matter. It’s hard to find a really good nail people, but it’s also hard to find good people
0 stars. I’ve been going here for years . I came in and in the middle of my pedicure service the tech walked away after just filing my nails down . And went and did another service . This was after I started my service and another tech switched with this one after starting me because she had an appointment . I’m extremely frustrated I sat asking where did the tech go for 20+ minutes .
