Decided to have the damage they caused assessed before leaving a review. I had a patio extension, front porch, retaining wall and fence put in. They completely destroyed my sprinklers and refused to fix them. Rerouting the sprinklers was part of the deal they did not uphold. They were supposed to reroute the sprinklers that were being deleted by the concrete work, but never did. I got an estimate to fix the sprinkers and its going to cost $3,000. I've been working with Star Lawn for many years now. What I find exceptional is how they have learned my likes and dislikes, and I don't have to tell them what to do anymore, they know what to do for my landscape and lawn. Their crews are courteous and respectful and always go the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied with their work. I've never had people do landscaping , as well as they do.
The Star Landscape team did an excellent job extending my patio. The team worked hard and diligently. I am very pleased with the end product. Thank you Star Team!
I have used Star Lawn for both big and small projects and cant recommend them enough. There have been times when i know the project took longer than originally anticipated but they never rushed and always completed the job the right way. They do great work, their guys work extremely hard and are extremely good at what they do. Would recommend for any project big or small.
