They overcharge tire installations and it took 3h to change 2 tires on my motorcycle. I was pissed off they couldnt balance my rear tire so they put beeds and said it was good. At 70mph my bike vibraits like hell. I have to redo the job and its cost me beeds+labor more than 200$
I recently purchased a 2017 Rancher at star city power sports from Phil. They helped my find exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in no time. Since I was unfamiliar with the model I purchased, he volunteered to give me a crash course in its operation and a few of its features. It was a great experience and I love my machine. I will definitely be back for more off-road toys.
Knowledgeable certified technicians. Huge selection of quality accessories and great parts counter service. Star City goes out of their way to help customers and racers. I have purchased 2 bikes and 1 four wheeler and I intend to go back to purchase another new one.

My boyfriend and I bought 2 new atv's from them less than 6 months ago, not 2 months after having his the shifter messed up in it and when we took it back to have it serviced they charged him almost $600 for warranty work. After getting it back from them the engine break is now messed up and when we called to speak to the service manager he was very rude and not willing to help. I drove 6 hrs to buy from them!. They were great at helping me buy my 2015 Yamaha R1. The price was perfect and the guys there were cool. They went wayyy above what i expected and i couldn't have asked for better help. It was definitely worth the drive from PA to VA. Thanks guys!!
