Bought my first new 4 wheeler, I have looked and thought about buying one and finally did . The sales person Tanner was the best at getting what information I needed and responded back ,very satisfied customer. Great place and great people. Tanner was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, and I would definitely go back to try to negotiate on a bike. I'd like to understand their prices more, which is why I'm not rating it 5 stars.
They take very good care of my bike. Bought it new from them. The service department is very accomadateing. They just put new tires on it for me and did an excellent job. Rides smooth at highway speed.

All I can say is wow. I bought my first bike here yesterday. I looked at this bike (2016 cbr500r) probably 5 times before I finally decided to buy it and with the help of the salesman Richard Leftwich I closed the deal yesterday. Richard was a huge help and made the whole process seemless and made me feel like a valued customer. They came to Sandy Bottom and put on a demo day for VCHSS with the new bikes and it was AWSOME....5he demo track was big enough to fill suspension travel...cornering...and wide open power....I personally rode the wr250 and yz250f ran out of time for the yz250f and 250x however I was really impressed and can not wait till the next one....I plan on going today to try and get a new bike.
