My fiancee and I were recently in Roanoke for the Harley Owner's Group Rally. My fiancee rides a Can-Am Spyder (don't judge, Harley's aren't user friendly for the under 5 foot group) which sprung an oil leak while we were about 250 miles from home. The service department at Star City Powersports got us in spur of the moment late on a Friday and were able to determine approximately where it was leaking, and assured us that we could make the trip home with it as long as we monitored the oil level. My recent experience with Star City Powersports was not so good.I have an older Honda ATV that had started making a bad knocking noise from the engine, I checked the oil and it had gotten extremely low so I filled it back up, that didn’t help so I took it to Star City where they said they would have to take the engine out and disassemble it to be able to give me an estimate on the repair. I went in there on Friday, walked around for over 30 minutes and NEVER got anyone ask to help me. Several men came in and they were asked as soon as they came in???? This has happened to me and a few other friends several times.

I was in the middle of a weeklong ride with seven friends when one of them noticed his rear tire was going bald (to the point it was getting dangerous) after only 2000 miles. I checked my rear tire and it was getting squared off in the middle. We stopped by Star City Powersports and they were more than accommodating. They not only changed the tires immediately but they drove us to a local restaurant to get lunch while we waited. Then they picked us up and we were off with barely any down time. Can't thank you guys enough!
