The staff at Star City Powersports, particularly in sales, are very helpful and friendly. My family has had their Honda ATV's brought in and serviced here from the Franklin County area when needed and we've had no complaints.
Gotta be a potential buyer to test ride??? So your telling me that i have to go through most of the paperwork for buying one just to test drive, gtfo here with that bullshit, not to mention how over priced they are on all there bikes/atv/sport utility. *WARNING*Bought a 5year Zurich warranty with my 2017 Suzuki got a call a month later and starcity claimed Sheffield financial didn’t accept Zurich warranty, I needed a Suzuki factory warranty!called Sheffield they had no record of any request for a factory warranty ever for my account or any correspondence with starcity regarding my account or warranty.

Took Honda 1000rr there for bent front forks. Got it back & handle bars still sit crooked for bike to go straight. Call service dept & he says if wanted a guarantee should of took it somewhere else. What a jerk! That shows no confidence in ur service techs, crappy customer service, & pretty much says take a chance with us we may or may not fix what u will still have to pay us for. They suck. Will definitely be going somewhere else from now on. Would drive an hour outa my way to avoid them now.
