Good people to deal with, we had a little discrepancy, but at the end of the day everything was taken care of!
Unfortunately they are pretty much the only dealer in this area. I'm in the market for an atv and when I was in the place it seems as if they don't care about selling anything. Customer service there has always been pretty poor... They have nice products but they really don't seem to care about selling. Guess I'll buy used again.
I went there the other day at about 5:00 to buy a side by side. Two people were working the floor nobody in there but be. I was there about 20 minutes and nobody would help me. So if you aren't going to help me buy what's going to happen after. I will keep looking. It's all about first impression.

Great dealership, I had a issue with the bike they went above and beyond to make things right.. Excellent customer service from the sales staff and manager. Service department did a excellent job to resolve the issue. Many happy trouble free miles on the bike. Thank you

Was insulted by one of the parts guys. Also, they have a horrible parts inventory...but free shipping!
Over all my experience with these guys was excellent!!! I don't think there is a single thing they could have done better! I highly recommend visiting Star City Power sports.
