RecommendedI went to Staples this morning and was assisted by a nice gentleman who helped me get the exact cable that I needed to sync an additional monitor to my Mac. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes and got home and got everything hooked up for my job!

Normally my favorite store but I just received the worst customer service from the store regarding a computer I left to fix. No ever called to update me. I had to go check both times I wanted updates.
I bought a liquid armour product for my new samsung s10 plus. Only reason I bought it was because an employee advertising the product told me that they would be able to replace my screen at no cost within one year of purchase (as long as I save the receipt) if my screen gets scratched up. My phone got all scared up with scratches so I thought I'd take them up on their warranty. Turns out there's no such warranty. I paid three times for one chair. Once for a gray chair at $194.84 for a cancelled order for order 9811845070 (payment received today). My experience was horrible I asked to print one document and the idiot behind the counter where the printers are acted like he lacks basic common sense was not helpful at all I stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes for him to give me an attitude because the email I sent to the email address he gave me wouldn’t send I assume they hire any idiot off the street who don’t know what 1+1 =.
